In addition to serving the La Crosse & Onalaska areas, we are also available to travel to the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul), Rochester, Madison, and the Chicago areas.

Whether we are shooting weddings, engagements, or other family events, they just have to be perfect the first time. Using only top-of-the-line Canon equipments allow us to be creative and at the same time provide our clients with the best photos supported by the latest available technology. Our lighting equipments include Canon flashes, Alien Bees, White Lightning strobes and light modifiers, Pocket Wizards wireless transmitter/receivers, and Bogen Manfrotto hardwares.

In addition to standard photography equipments, Lydia works with sophisticated HD Video gear such as Glidecam 4000 HD, Zacuto Striker, Marshall LCD50, Zacuto Z-finder pro, and various continuous lights. This year, she will also start using Carl Zeiss ZE lenses, for sure three of them: 21ZE, 50ZE, and 100ZE. We are so excited to see how our HD videos will turn out this year.

We are Ferdy, Lydia, Kathleen, and Daniel, a family who loves photography. Whenever we are not busy with our daily lives, we take photographs of our beautiful clients, our friends, our family, and the world around us. Ferdy's photography background goes back almost 20 years to when he was still in high school. Since then, he attended several photography formal courses and started his own photo studio. Lydia doesn't take photos professionally, but she focuses in HD video, more on that in the near future. It is something that we know will change traditional photography. As for Kathleen, she can't wait to go out there and shoot with her Dad, for now, she is busy taking pictures of her 2 month old brother.

Our style combines technical proficiency, patience, intuition, and unique artistic sensibilities. We work hard to make our clients feel comfortable enough to be themselves in front of the camera, because that is when we believe, the best photographs are taken.

Wedding photography is our favorite. It is about capturing the timeless memories of your wedding day, looking for that special moments, and paying the extra attention to the little details: the laughs, smiles, and tears. We shoot in a photojournalistic style, our own touch of creativity, imagination, and originality. The camera is our paint brush, giving us the opportunity to paint images that are all about you, your partner, and your wedding day.

We also love photographing seniors, infants, families, and children. Our portraiture work is as diverse as the personalities of the people we photograph.
